Your Tier List seem a bit off to me, especially while you put White Album, Grateful Dead and Man in the Mirror who are incredibly strong Stands that low (Since White Abum only loose because of bad luck, Man in the Mirror's user is virtually unkillable in 1vs1, and Grateful Dead have approximatly 1km of effective range).I also find Sex Pistols to be too high because bullets cannot hurt Stands.
